An 18-year-old student of Hofstra University on Long Island, New York, has recently retracted her prior accusations of gang rape against five young men. In her initial report, she claimed she'd been enticed into a fellow student's dormitory, and joined by four of the young man's friends who allegedly assaulted her in the bathroom. Upon further inquisition that week, her story changed as she informed officials that the sexual assult was consensual.

ReplyDeleteI'm glad this young woman retracted her false accusations against the five young men. On the other hand, I hope that she did this willingly & truthfully and not because she was afraid for her life (if the charges were true). Whichever, there's NO winners here. It's pretty obvious that I've watched too many "Law & Order" segments, isn't it?
